An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our small but growing team who specialise in designing, creating and delivering events across the UK. As Business Development Manager your main responsibility is to secure new clients and build relationships.

Main duties;

• Identify new corporate clients and build relationships
• Attend client meetings and lead the pitch process in order to win new business
• Liaise with the account management team to hand over secured clients
• Work closely with small team to build the business
• Respond to client briefs
• Taking phone calls and advising on bookings
• Keep the internal CRM system up to date with relevant information
• Work from home & our office in Swansea

Requirements;

• Previous experience with B2B selling
• Be self motivated and able to reach out to prospective clients
• Confident when leading pitches to corporate clients face to face
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media channels
• Knowledge of the events industry
• Passionate salesperson driven to exceed targets
